Copper brass and silver are combined using cold connections (such as rivets, jump rings). Various patinas and textures are applied using heat and certain chemical solutions. Hand made ear wires designed for your comfort using sterling silver or gold filled wire. All are Nickel-free! Silver, Copper and Brass are “living metals”. Part of their allure is that their patina changes with time, adding depth and character to each piece. This process can be slowed by applying certain waxes or enamels, but these treatments are not permanent. |
